This induction system is for event organisers, exhibitors and associated crew who are staging events at the Brisbane Showgrounds and Royal International Convention Centre.
If you have previously completed the RNA Events Induction via the RNA Learning Management System, you should have an account in this system. If not, please create a new account.
Event Organisers must also ensure all exhibitors and associated crew are aware of all safety, emergency & security protocols prior to performing work on site. This can be achieved by sharing this link to this induction system with a request to complete the induction.
Offline Safety Induction Briefing options are available to support the safety of your crew who may not be able to complete the online induction - please ask your RNA Event Planner for assistance with offline briefing documents.

Mandatory general safety induction training for all Event Organisers and Exhibitors staging events at the
RNA.
Completion certificates valid until 31 December 2024 - annual refresher is required.
IMPORTANT - if you are performing high-risk work at RNA Events (working at heights, hot works, construction etc), please complete the Contractor WHS Induction to ensure you understand the appropriate safety protocols and requirements.
Mandatory WHS induction training for events crew who are required to perform high-risk work at RNA events (working at heights, hot works, construction etc)
This course can be completed as an alternative to the RNA Events Induction - completing both induction courses is not required.
Completion certificate valid till 31 December 2024 - annual refresher required.
